- our email provider, which stores and delivers our email;
- our accountant and professional advisers, where needed for client records;
- public authorities such as HMRC, where we are required to by law.
These providers act on our instructions and are required to keep your information secure. Where any provider stores information outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

- Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
- Client records, including contracts and invoices, are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.
