Services
Three areas of work, often overlapping. Most projects start with one problem and a conversation about what is behind it.
IT consultancy
Technology should make the business easier to run. We help you choose, set up and get value from the tools you rely on, without locking you into one supplier.
Typical work
- Reviewing your current software, licences and costs
- Choosing and rolling out new systems, such as CRM, accounting or project tools
- Moving to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Basic cyber security and backup checks, including Cyber Essentials preparation
- Writing a technology plan for the next one to three years
- Acting as your technical lead when dealing with suppliers
Management consultancy
Growth tends to expose processes that worked fine for a smaller team. We look at how work moves through the business and help you put structure in place that people will actually use.
Typical work
- Mapping key processes and finding the bottlenecks
- Setting up simple reporting so you can see what is going on
- Defining roles and responsibilities as the team grows
- Business planning and preparing for investment or lending
- Managing a specific change project from start to finish
Marketing and advertising
Good marketing starts with knowing who you are selling to. We help you get that clear, then plan and run campaigns that you can measure.
Typical work
- Defining your customers, positioning and key messages
- Website reviews and content planning
- Planning and managing paid advertising on Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Setting up tracking so you can see where enquiries come from
- Choosing and briefing designers, agencies and freelancers
Fees and ways of working
The first conversation is free. After that, we agree the scope in writing before any work starts. Most projects are priced at a fixed fee; ongoing support is billed at an agreed day rate or monthly retainer.
We work remotely with clients across the UK and are happy to meet in person in Dorset, Hampshire and the surrounding area.
Not sure which of these fits?
